This is Italy Parts Unknown: All Events

Food & Wine, business, fashion, energy, services, art, culture and sustainability will be covered and discussed through workshops, concerts, cooking classes and Gala dinners

In the United States, Italy is still a country with lots of "parts unknown". To contribute filling this gap, the Italian magazine Panorama together with the Italian Business & Investment Initiative have decided to organize a three-day event dedicated to the discovery and celebration of Italian excellence. Food & Wine, business, fashion, energy, services, art, culture ans sustainability are some of the topics that will be covered and discussed through workshops, concerts, cooking classes and Gala dinners. Together, they are expected to bost the awareness of Italy's excellences among the New York business community and create opportunities for new connections between Italian business leaders, institutions, and potential American investors.

This is Italy, Parts Unknown will host in prestigious locations such as the Harvard Club, Urbani Truffles Academy, Eataly, and the Guggenheim Museum Auditorium a wide range of professionals and celebrities, including the famous tenor Vittorio Grigolo, Chef Vito MollicaPietro Salini (CEO Salini-Impregilo), Umberto Tossini (Chief Human Capital Officer Lamborghini), Gianmario Verona (Rector, Bocconi University), Tommaso Dragotto (President Sicily by car), Corrado Castrovillari (Councilman City of Spoleto), Valentina Aprea (Minister for Education and Work of Regione Lombardia), Catiuscia Marini (Regione Umbria President), Stefano Bonaccini (Regione Emilia Romagna, President), Berardo Paradiso (IACE President), and Domenico Arcuri (CEO Invitalia).

Tuesday, October 31st

1.oo pm TASTE...OF ITALY: Cooking Demonstration with chef Vito Mollica at "Foodiversità" Eataly Downtown.

5.00 pm TASTE...OF ITALY: Tasting menu curated by chef Vito Mollica at "Osteria della Pace" Eataly Downtown.

8:30 pm TASTE...OF ITALY: Gala dinner hosted by by chefs Vito Mollica and Frank Orofino at Eataly Downtown.

Wednesday, November 1st

8:30 am THINK...OF ITALY: Workshop dedicated to Manufacturing Services and R&D in collaboration with IB&II at the Down Town Association

11.00 am THINK...OF ITALY: Workshop dedicated to Food in collaboration with IB&II, at the Down Town Association. The workshop will be followed by product tasting.

1.00 pm PARTY...OF ITALY: The best of Italian Food&Fashion, by Isaia at the Urbani Truffles Academy.

6.30 pm TASTE...OF ITALY: Cooking class by chef Vito Mollica at Eataly Flatiron.

7.00 pm TASTE...OF ITALY: Gala dinner at the Harvard Club of New York, with awards ceremony to recognize excellence in Italian and American companies and with the participation of Vittorio Grigolo, Andrea Pirlo and Vito Mollica.

Thursday, November 2nd

8:30 am THINK...OF ITALY: Workshop dedicated to Luxury & Fashion organized in collaboration with IB&II at the Down Town Association

11.00 am THINK...OF ITALY: Workshop dedicated to Sustainability & Good Institutions, organized in collaboration with IB&II at the Down Town Association

1.00 pm TASTE...OF ITALY: Cooking demo by chef Vito Mollica at the Urbani Truffles Academy, followed by a food experience.

4:30 pm ART & SONG...OF ITALY: Celebration concert by Cameristi della Scala and the great italian tenor Vittorio Grigolo in honour of Arturo Toscanini at the Guggenheim Museum Auditorium.

5:30 pm SONG...OF ITALY: Encounter with Italian tenor Vittorio Grigolo at the Guggenheim Museum Auditorium.

7:30 pm TASTE...OF ITALY: Gala Charity Dinner, dedicated to Umbria at the Guggenheim Museum.
