Italian Grandmothers, in the Kitchen

A New Web Series Focusing on Italian Food

On Tuesday next week a new web series will be available on Italian online tv. Produced by Daniele De Michele and Antonello Carbone with the help of Treccani and distributed by the online edition of the Italian daily Corriere della Sera, "Italian grandmothers, in the kitchen" will introduce the secret recipes of twenty grandmothers of Italy, coming from twenty different regions, a detail that will certainly increase the variety of plates on show.

Beyond explaining the origins of several plates, this show will offer its audience the chance to better understand the strong connection between food, culture and traditions in Italy and how they coexist with contemporary cuisine.
