Italy among the 25 most attractive countries for foreign direct investment

In one year, Italy has overtaken Brazil and the Netherlands

A.T. Kearney is a global management consulting firm with offices in more than 40 countries, including Italy. It recently published an index of the top 25 most attractive countries for foreign direct investment and listed Italy at the 13th place.

Rising from the 16th position obtained last year, our country has overtaken Brazil and the Netherlands in the rankings and is just behind Switzerland. According to Marco Andreassi, head of A.T. Kearney's Milan office, a positive judgment on some big reforms, the outcomes of government missions abroad and an increasing interest in Italy's service sector were the main factors behind the increase in the country' attractiveness.
