The mission of "Tuscan food quality centre" is to spread the culture and tradition of food. The informative sessions catered to producers and consumers rotate around the quality of food, its origins and health benefits.
"Tuscan food quality centre" was inaugurated a few weeks ago at the Georgofili Academy of Florence thanks to the contribution of thirty-five associates, amongst which Tuscany region. The centre also engages in research projects aimed at improving food quality and reducing environmental impact of its production. With this centre, Tuscany sets the bases for participating at the Expo 2015 in Milan.
