The “CiboTurismo-Apennines’ Fair” opens in Rivisondoli

7 days of delicious food, art, nature and leisure in the Abruzzo region

The "CiboTurismo-Apennines' Fair" will open its doors from the 8th until the 14th of August 2015. It stands as a brand new event connected to Expo 2015, which bonds together food, art, nature and leisure. The hosting venue will be the small Rivisondoli and its downtown, near L'Aquila, in the Abruzzo region.

Visitors will have the chance to taste typical Italian regional products, ranging from salami, cheese, meat, and olives, along with a great variety of selected wines. There will also be gluten- and lactose-free alternatives for those who are allergic. Furthermore, participants can also practice several winter sports and visit diverse medieval sights of the village. Last but not least the entrance is completely free.
