"The Show features remarkable American producers and exhibitors from around the world, with 54 countries represented. We'll have some phenomenal speakers at our education sessions and even an area dedicated to food incubators – organizations working with food entrepreneurs to develop and launch new products".

With its established food culture and tradition, Italy will be one of the protagonists of this remarkable kermesse. "The Italian Pavilion will be an enormous draw for attendees", added Mr Kafarakis. "American have long embraced Italian cuisine and with a deep interest in the health benefits of the 'Mediterranean diet,' the interest in products from throughout Italy is very strong. The SFA is proud to work closely with Italian producers and exporters to bring the best of Italian foods and beverages to the U.S. marketplace".

The Italian companies that will be joining this prestigious event are all represented by Universal Marketing, whose President Donato Cinelli believed that the United States are the ideal place where to emphasize the value and work of Italian companies.
