Cherry Bullet's dream has just begun

The group showcased a high level performance at the MIK in Paris and it's raising the bar for their next comeback expected in March

Back in 2022, on a very chill but sunny day, we had the chance to meet Cherry Bullet in Seoul. The girls were waiting for us with snacks and smile on their faces. A lot was going on: they were already preparing a comeback and planning to fly to Europe as a K-pop stage at MIK in Paris. «We are working hard,» they just told us, smiling and nodding to each other «please wait for us».

Cherry Bullet is a 7-members group born under FNC Entertainment in 2019 when they debuted with the single Let's Play Cherry Bullet. Despite the group being composed of Haeyoon, Yuju, Bora, Jiwon, Remi, Chaerin, and May, Chaerin was absent during our meeting because of a previous engagement as she was working on the set of the tvn K-drama "Under the Queen's Umbrella" in which she was cast as the younger version of queen Hwa Ryeong (played by Kim Hye Soo).

Today, as the girls were dominating the stage of the MIK festival in Paris, I flashed their humble words. When I asked them if they still considered themselves rookies, they looked at each other like they were sisters and agreed by saying, "yes, we still see each others as rookies that have to work a lot to show themselves to the public». Still, their fandom, the Lullet (a word that stands for Love + Unique + Light + Laugh + Everlasting + Treasure), might not agree on this label. Showcasing outstanding vocals and being able to dominate the enormous stage of the Accor Arena, I also remembered how they told me they were working hard to improve their presence. «Something that hopefully you will be able to witness soon», Bora said.

A few months later, on February 15th, Cherry Bullet's agency released a teaser poster for the comeback of the 3rd mini album through Cherry Bullet's official SNS, giving a surprise spoiler. This comeback is about a year since the 2nd mini album, "Cherry Wish," was released in March last year. The published poster draws attention by creating a mysterious mood with a shining background. The phrase "Cherry _ _ sh begins soon." and the words "Cherry Bullet Week" and "Fashion Week" released along with the image arouse curiosity about the album to be released on March 7th.

Cherry Bullet is a girl group loved by the public for its strengths of lovely and energetic opposite charms and excellent live and performance skills. Expectations are high for the splendid comeback to be shown with an upgraded image of Cherry Bullet, who also boasted a dreamy charm in the last mini-album vol.2, "Cherry Wish".

Despite being the first time meeting in real life, our chat with the girls was smooth and full of laughs. When asked about a dream collaboration, the girls said, without hesitation, «We'd love to work with Girls' Generation. We dream big».
