Il 1967 è stato un anno epocale nella storia del nostro tempo. La stagione del flower power era nel pieno del suo fermento quando nei negozi di dischi arrivarono una manciata di album destinati a sconvolgere i codici della musica moderna. Album leggendari, in alcuni casi opere prime, che davano vita nuova al suono e alle canzoni.

Furori elettrici, visioni psichedeliche, degradati paesaggi metropolitani (vedi i Velvet Underground di Lou Reed patrocinati da Andy Warhol) utopie, viaggi lisergici e sogni.

Avvenne tutto in pochi mesi, ma quest'onda eccezionale travolse tutto e tutti. Non a caso molti degli album che qui vi segnaliamo sono ancora oggi considerati pietre miliari. Da chi c'era e da chi è arrivato molto dopo...
