Talent Island, also known as T-Island, is an international recruitment and placement agency relying on a highly skilled team possessing broad international experience. Their aim is scouting, screening, identifying, and validating Italian professionals who can succeed in international environments, in order to prepare them for a new career start abroad while avoiding frustration and disappointment that are often associated to a international relocation, whenever it is not planned properly.

T-Island's team can count on a core staff based in Emilia Romagna, as well as on a network of ambassadors and international partners abroad. T-Island president is Mr. Franco Villardi, a pioneer of Italian Temporary Job. The Ceo is Stefano Carpigiani, and the majority shareholder is Alberto Forchielli.
