Mind the Bridge - the Italo-American organization supporting entrepreneurship - has selected 14 best projects in the field of Job and Recruitment out of a remarkable number of applications. This selection was done for the job agency Openjobmetis, which has recently released a call for possible collaborations.
The reasons behind this will to find new partners concern the necessity for Openjobmetis to innovate and be able to face new challenges of a more integrated market. As highlighted by Rosario Rasizza - Openjobmetis CEO - the job market is in a constant evolution and a job agency, being an essential actor, has the need to catch up with the latest novelties.
With regard to the companies selected, they all have original products to be proud of. Furthermore, the majority of winning businesses is based in Italy. In details, Debut is the first online platform aimed at getting graduates and students started in the job market, while Eggup - based in Rome - checks on the compatibility of the candidate with the characteristics required by the hiring company, ensuring the perfect match.
Employerland, also based in Rome, has a gaming system that completely innovates the way the employer and the candidate come to know each other.
Another Italian one is Geek and Job, which connects IT companies to developers, web designers, data scientists and online marketers.
iLevels, based in Milan, helps companies to manage the hiring process through jobs posting and interviews management. In-recruiting, Turin, thinks about all the aspects of recruitment, from the search of the candidate to the effective integration in the company. Jobyourlife, Milan, is active in matching the company with the ideal candidate while JustKnock allows candidates to "knock at the door" of relevant enterprises for a spontaneous candidature.
Le Cicogne connects families with potential nannies and Meritocracy is a platform of employer branding, enabling companies to select the best candidate for the specific position.
Finally, the selected companies will take part in the 2-days boot camp where they will have the chance to benefit from the mentoring and expertise of Openjobmetis leadership.
