WHITE RABBIT
40 ml Cachaça 51;
40 ml Crème de Coco Damoiseau;
20 ml sciroppo Bacanha caramello salato;
Garnish: fiore di lavanda.
Per prima cosa versate tutti gli ingredienti nel frullatore insieme a 8-10 cubetti di ghiaccio e frullate fino a ottenere una crema omogenea. Infine, versate il composto in un tumbler basso. Guarnite con un fiore di lavanda.
