Eni: Luigi Zingales resigns from the Board of Directors

Eni announces that Professor Luigi Zingales* has resigned from Eni's Board of Directors. The Board thanks Professor Zingales for his active contribution in these months. The Board of Directors will replace the resigning Director by law.
