Italian exclusive delicatessen exported to Australia

Antonio Maurizion Gaetani’s company Italia del Gusto sells refined products overseas

The well-known Lardo di Colonnata - an exclusive variety of lard, icon in Italian food tradition- will soon overcome national boundaries and land to Australia.

This far-away distribution became true thanks to the Antonio Maurizion Gaetani's effort. His business, Italia del Gusto, is committed to export particular, genuine Italian products, which are not present on the great and medium distribution. Assisted by a team of agronomists, vets, and chefs, Mr. Gaetani spent the last 5 years looking for small production sites where the recipes where still the traditional ones. In fact, Italia del Gusto already sells exclusive treats in the United States and in Sydney, Australia.
