The Business Standard celebrated this week a new World Record in the famous Guinness Book. Arturo Licata, from Enna, Sicily, is now the world's oldest living man and he is approaching 112 years of age.

Born in May 1902, Mr. Licata has three brothers and two sisters and he starts working in a sulphur mine when he was only 9 years old. In 1921, when he was 19, he joined the army and he served the country for the following 18years.

It is not the first time that an Italian is included in the list of the world oldest living persons, something implying that the country healthy habits and lifestyle have one more reason to be praised.
