The Milan Franchising Salon spotlights relevant themes of Italian economy

Street Food and State support funds to companies held by women were among the most relevant themes emerged during the Milan Franchising Salon.  A great number of stalls offered several kinds of dishes to go, easily found on the road of Italy from North to South.

It stood out that 30% of the 51 thousand stores in franchising spread on the Italian territory is managed by women. This remarkable figure was certainly achieved thanks to the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, which financially supports entrepreneur women at the early stages of their business.

Lots of new franchising initiatives have been explored during the salon, highlighting the opportunity to strengthen the sector supporting the development of franchising services, from catering to cleaning.
