With more and more Chinese tourists travelling all over the world, it is time for European hotels to equip their rooms to welcome them.

According to Chinese International Travel Monitor, Chinese tourists can have different expectations compared to people travelling from other countries. What is very important to them when they look for a hotel is the availability of a free wifi; a room kettle to boil tap water and make tea; itineraries and other touristic information available in Chinese; Chinese TV channels; and slippers.

For Chinese tourists travelling to Italy, the availability of a restaurant in the hotel is also appreciated. The quality of food is generally considered very high, so if the good food can be also easily accessible is even better.
