Ecosistema Together is the new project of information and training devoted to Italian companies, startups and managers. Active throughout the national territory, Ecosistema Together is promoted by Federmanager Academy (a management school counting more than 180.000 managers with 57 branches in Italy) and Digital Magics (the biggest business incubator of "Made in Italy" digital startups), also financed by Fondirigenti (an inter-professional fund for managers' training).

The project revolves around five meetings. The first ones involved Rome, Milan, while March will see Catania, Naples and Reggio Emilia as protagonists. All meetings are devoted to "Open Innovation", namely how to innovate companies with the support of innovative startups. Totally, more than 20 Italian startups - selected by Digital Magics - will take part in the project together with managers and professional with a significant work experience who are willing to work as freelancers supporting companies and startups.

In particular, the project aims to create a real ecosystem of innovation concerning the digital excellences of Made in Italy. Big names of the relevant sectors (from Federmanager Academy and Digital Magics) will act as mentors and advisors, running workshops and consultancy sessions to encourage innovation and the use of digital tools among Italian companies. At the end of each meeting, video lectures (with all the most important concepts) are sent to the participants.

In April, Rome will host the final event of Ecosistema Together where the innovative projects developed by the companies, startups and managers during the 5 encounters will be presented.

Both Helga Fazion (President of Federmanager Academy) and Layla Pavone (Adviser, Chief Innovation Marketing and Communication Officer of Digital Magics) were enthusiast about this initiative.
