Chicago ready to welcome the Italian Food & Wine Festival

From October 14th to the 16th, the best of Italian flavors will become accessible at Eataly Chicago. The Italian Food&Wine Festivalwill begin with a four-course dinner bringing together two among the most acclaimed Italian chefs, Ugo Alciati and Davide Oldani, and two of Eataly's chefs, Alex Pilas and Katia Delogu.

The following day, this interesting showcase of Italian delicacies will continue with a tasting session involving 100 of Italy's most important wines to be accompanied with different sorts of bites made of Italian products.

All along the festival, a group of Italian chefs will be available for a live demonstration in which the protagonist will be ingredients rather than chefs: they will be asked to create their best dish with that particular ingredient, sharing several cooking tips with participants.
