Grammy Awards 2016: tutti i vincitori degli Oscar della musica

Lamar si aggiudica 5 Grammy per il capolavoro "To pimp a butterlfy"

Grande spettacolo alla cerimonia dei Grammy Awards che si è tenuta stanotte allo Staples Center di Los Angeles, in un'edizione che, rispetto agli ultimi anni, ha premiato maggiormente la qualità.

Kendrick Lamar, grazie al suo capolavoro To pimp a butterfly, ha vinto tutte le principali categorie dell'hip hop, lasciando ai colleghi le briciole, con 5 statuette conquistate.

L'altra grande vincitrice della serata è stata la diva del pop Taylor Swift, che si è aggiudicata i prestigiosi premi di album dell'anno, best pop vocal e best video. La maggiore sorpresa sono stati i 3 (meritatissimi) Grammy agli Alabama Shakes per Best Rock Performance, Best Rock Album e Best Alternative, grazie al loro mix vincente tra rock e musica nera.

Uptown Funk di Mark Ronson e Bruno Mars, la canzone che maggiormente ha segnato il 2015, ha vinto due premi, Record of the year e Best Duo. Due premi anche per il grande ritorno, dopo 14 anni di assenza discografica, di D'Angelo, che conquista le due categorie di miglior canzone e miglior album r&b, superando il favoritissimo The Weeknd, che si consola con i premi di Best R&B performance e Best urban contemporary album. Bene anche Ed Sheeran, la cui romantica Thinking out loud è stata giudicata canzone dell'anno e best solo performance.

Per quanto rigurada le esibizioni live, Lady Gaga ha incantato la platea dello Staples Center nel suo emozionante omaggio a David Bowie(che potete apprezzare qua sopra), di cui si è appena fatta tatutare la copertina di Alladin Sane sotto il braccio sinistro, con un medley di Space Oddity, Changes, Ziggy Stardust, Suffragette City, Rebel Rebel, Fashion, Fame, Let's Dance e Heroes.

Grandi applausi anche per la performance di Lionel Richie, protagonista di un medley con le sue canzoni più famose, anticipato da un tributo in suo onore da parte di Demi Lovato, John Legend, Luke Bryan, Meghan Trainor e Tyrese. Tributo anche a Glenn Frey, compianto leader degli Eagles, a BB King, e a Michael Jackson, che 35 anni fa vinceva il suo primo Grammy.

E' stato toccante l'omaggio a Lemmy dei Motorhead, scomparso lo scorso 28 dicembre, da partedegli Hollywood Vampires, il supergruppo formato da Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, Joe Perry degli Aerosmith e Duff McKagan dei Guns N' Roses.
