Nativity in the Cinque Terre
10,000 lights for an extraordinary experience
If you are planning a short trip to Cinque Terre around Christmas holidays, please make sure not to miss the extraordinary Nativity Scene that has already been set up in Manarola.
This very special nativity scene is made up of 10,000 lights representing the Shepherds, Three Wise Men, the Ox, the Donkey and the Holy Family, and it can also be viewed from the panoramic road connecting La Spezia to the Cinque Terre, as well as from via Belvedere in town or from the parvis of the Manaorola church.
Inaugurated on December the 8th, it will remain on until the 31st of January, 2017. A beautiful small train runs amid the nativity figures, which are lit up to make the event even more special.
