Los Angeles Times chooses an Italian-style villa as home of the week

Every week Los Angeles Times select a gorgeous villa or apartment as "home of the week". This week the winner is a fantastic Italian-style building, Villa dei Fiore, in Thousand Oaks, California.
It is a "just" four-bedroom (plus six bathrooms and several living rooms!) home of 850 square meters, sitting on a never-ending 97.000 square meter (!!) garden, and including a wine cellar, a glass-walled entertainment pavilion, a private chapel, aviaries, stables, a tennis court, a lake, a few bridges and eleven (!!) waterfalls. The LA Times states that "its wrought-iron entry gates open to white-fenced pastures, expansive lawns and hills dotted with mature oak trees". It is currently on sale, and its asking price is $13.995 million.
