Introducing Tastybus, the Parma ham tour

A new way to experience local traditions going beyond tasting what local restaurants serve

If you are curious to discover how Parma Ham is produced, visit a local winery and enjoy an amazing cocktail with the best view of the Parma countryside, Tastybus is what you are looking for.

The Emilia Romagna region is very famous for its food tradition. However, it may be difficult for tourists to experience this tradition going beyond tasting what local restaurants can serve.

Tastybus is an interesting initiative trying to fill this gap offering the chance to visit a traditional Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory and see how milk becomes the most famous Italian cheese, thanks to an entirely natural process. In an authentic family-run Parma ham factory, it is possible to continue the tour experiencing the meat processing to the flavors of the curing rooms, and learn more about the most prestigious Italian cold cut and savour its never-ending sweetness. A must try for food lovers!
