How Italian-American Chef Marco Canora transformed Italian traditional bone soup into 2015 hottest energy drink

The Italian-American Chef Marco Canora has successfully transformed Italian traditional bone soup into 2015 hottest energy drink.

Canora's bone-broth boutique "Brodo" was opened in New York less than one year ago, and people are lining up for the stuff any time of the day, but what is particularly impressive is that some are actually trading their morning lattes for cups of bone juice.

Any mother and grandmother in Italy regularly cooks broth: it is useful to save meat leftovers, and it is claimed to have extraordinary healing powers. It is a vehicle for the bones' cartilage strands, collagen and amino acids, and it can help alleviating joint pain, dry skin and even long-standing stomach woes. And now, Chef Canora has made it also fashionable. This is why it won't be surprising to see new bone-broth boutiques opening all over the world.
