Youth, research and innovation: a new strategy for Italian success

How QUI!Group is proving the great potential of this new strategy

We started talking about this group less than one year ago, when QUI! Group emerged as one of the Italian leaders in term of innovation with its mixed strategy focusing on ?15 million investment in innovative projects, the young age of its employees, who are on average 34 years old, women, as well as research and development.

In less than 12 months, the Italian leader for meal vouchers and advanced welfare solutions succeeded in increasing its revenues by 8 per cent and its hiring rate by 25 per cent. Its new challenge is not the one of conquering the markets of Mobile-Commerce and Couponing. However, Ceo Mr Gregorio Fogliani believes it is now time for QUI!Group to make its first steps abroad, starting from Eastern Europe, South America and the United States. "A couple of operators in these markets, and especially in South America, have noticed the remarkable work we have done in Italy, that's why they are looking to strengthen our cooperation, which is mutually beneficial". Time will prove how successful QUI!Group strategy can be abroad, but the very first signals are positive.
