TechCrunch Italy launches a startup competition

Young startups (created less than 24 months ago) which have received no more than 2 Million in funding can join the competition. The top prize is a "sponsorship" of 50,000 Euros

TechCrunch Italy is a two day event gathering some of the most recognized leaders and innovators of the technology and media industries in Italy, Europe and the US. Its aim is giving its partners a unique insight into trends and changes characterizing the world today.

The 2013 edition of this huge conference, hackathon and startup showcase will take place in Rome on September 26th and 27th, and will promote the idea of "(RE)Design", exploring the concept of design in all its forms, and clarifying how digital design is influencing Made In Italy and shaping the world we live in and how we do business.

Finally, young startups (created less than 24 months ago) which have received no more than 2 Million in funding can join the initiative competing in the "startup competition" sponsored by the event. The top prize is a "sponsorship" of 50,000 Euros.
