How to create a company from home
Today, it is finally possible to create an innovative startup, bypassing the traditional Italian bureaucratic process and actors - such as the notary or the Chamber of Commerce - who are normally needed.
This dream has become true thanks to Iubenda, an Italian company active in the legal field which provides privacy agreements and cookie policies to websites and applications. Iubenda allows the creation of new startups from home and it is today used by over 25 thousand customers in more than 100 countries around the world. An example is Commerce Layer, a startup from Prato, which obtained a financial support of 200,000 Euros right after its constitution facilitated by Iubenda.
Iubenda was able to simplify the procedure for the constitution of companies so as to reduce the time required. In particular, Iubenda takes care of the following essential aspects of the creation of a firm: the writing of the deed of incorporation, the statute and all the necessary documents thanks to its legal team; a guide in the payment of fiscal registration fees; the creation of the digital signature and certified electronic mail; sending the required documents to the Chamber of Commerce and the Internal Revenue Services; the assignment of the VAT number and assistance for the following steps.
At the moment, Iubenda is committed to the assistance to "innovative startups" only. Innovative startups are those who have a social object centred on development, the production and the commercialization of innovative services and highly technological ones, also having their main headquarters in Italy.
Andrea Giannangelo - Iubenda CEO and founder - has enthusiastically commented on the achievements of his company, stressing how ground-breaking its scope and action is: to create a company from home and to work for progress in a simplified way.
