JOB DESCRIPTION

Demand & Supply Planner

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan for a portfolio of products and customer which represents the most realistic estimate of customer demand
• Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processes;
• Identify and manage exceptions while monitoring performances, in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company’s ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances;
• IMSP receiver activities and I&R projects management for one category;
• Minimize Working Capital based on the desired Customer Service Level and coordinate I&R activities giving the right timing;
• Ensure the overall quality of the Demand Plan.

Competences and Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in Demand & Supply Area;
• Good Excel and SAP knowledge;
• Ability to elaborate: Business Planning / Dynamic Forecasting;
• Analytical and attention to details;
• Strong communication skills;
• Proactivity;
• Good English.
