Manufacturing, here is why more and more companies are moving from China to Italy

They are all looking for quality and flexibility, and Italy is one of the few countries that can guarantee them

According to the Italian daily Il Corriere della Sera, there are more and more companies that are choosing to move their plants from China to Italy.

We are not talking about a specific sector interested in back reshoring because their productions are no more convenient in China. This process is involving companies working in footwear, electronics, fashion, and design, just to mention a few industries.

Italian companies are not moving back from China, only: this phenomenon is affecting Russia and some Eastern European countries, too. Some companies explain this process saying that costs are getting higher and higher, that Far Eastern countries are not that good in respecting deadlines, and that it remains difficult to find high skilled workers. However, for all of them Italy is now more appealing as it is one of the few countries that can guarantee high quality and flexibility at reasonable prices.
