Cosmofood is opening its doors on November 12th, at the Fiera di Vicenza. It is considered the main exhibition dedicated to food, beverage and professional equipment for the restaurant industry, as well the ultimate showcase able to satisfy curious food lovers and industry professionals.
This year's edition will attract 42.000 visitors thanks to workshops, seminars, tasting classes, show cooking and contests. A new event this year will be the participation of famous chefs and opinion leaders able to inspire thousands of enthusiasts and experts. A landmark will be the opening of a new pavilion, dedicated to the business sector and welcoming 40% more exhibitors for a total amount of 450.
