Talent Island, also known as T-Island, is an international recruitment and placement agency relying on a highly skilled team possessing broad international experience. Their aim is scouting, screening, identifying, and validating Italian professionals who can succeed in international environments, in order to prepare them for a new career start abroad while avoiding frustration and disappointment that are often associated to a international relocation, whenever it is not planned properly.
T-Island's team can count on a core staff based in Emilia Romagna, as well as on a network of ambassadors and international partners abroad. T-Island president is Mr. Franco Villardi, a pioneer of Italian Temporary Job. The Ceo is Stefano Carpigiani, and the majority shareholder is Alberto Forchielli. Both Mr. Forchielli and Mr. Carpigiani are supported by their long experience in travelling and working abroad, and with T-Island they are trying to offer their expertise to those interested in following their path.
