Agusta Westland strengthens its presence in Australia

A new office has just been opened in Melbourne to consolidate both new and already existing commercial opportunities in the country

A few days ago, the Italian leader of helicopters opened a new office in Australia. The first in the country, the Melbourne hub is aimed at consolidating both new and already existing commercial opportunities in Victoria and other neighbouring states.

Australia represents today a promising market for Agusta Westland. During the last few months, nearly forty helicopters have been sold to private owners, business companies and the government. Most of them have been employed in the emergency healthcare sector, but Italian helicopters may soon broad their presence in other markets, as they have already been able to do in several other countries.
